Broad Portfolio

Our Continuing and Professional Education portfolio includes the most sought-after competency-based training, from frontline staff and production to senior leadership. In addition, our work with a wide range of industries and instructors with strong business experience and expertise helps us to bring that insight to your organization.

Flexible Format

You have the choice of program delivery at our location or yours, and even online. We can work with you to make sure the programs fit with your organization's schedule.

Cost-Effective Solutions

On-site program delivery cuts down on employee travel time to attend training. If you only need training for one or a handful of people, public open-enrollment programs are offered throughout the year across Pennsylvania.

Integrated Training

Building a relationship with one provider is like having a personal consultant for your business without the associated costs. You have the advantage of the provider getting to know your business and tracking the effectiveness of the training.

The consultation can start with interviews, needs assessment, and competency gap analysis. From there they work with leadership to create a plan focused to address organizational change, streamline processes, and increase communication. An approach like this infuses the same training practices and messages across the organization for better outcomes that inspire cross-departmental conversation and lasting change.

Team Collaboration and Brainstorming Facilitation

When you need to assemble your team, keep in mind our Team Innovation Center at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel. The facility uses GroupSystems™ software to enable participants to anonymously share information, brainstorm, and exchange and vote on ideas. If you want to hold a program like this on-site, but your facility lacks a computer lab, we can bring a wireless mobile lab to you.

Penn State encourages persons with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities. If you anticipate needing special accommodations or have questions about physical access provided, please contact the program coordinator at 814-865-3443.
